AEW Removes Pac From Fyter Fest Advertising

It was probably just a technicality, after Pac was pulled from Double or Nothing a week before the show due to “creative differences” with All Elite Wrestling. But seeing as he was still listed on the card for Fyter Fest when AEW announced Jon Moxley vs. Joey Janela yesterday (May 28), and given the positive things Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks said about him at Starrcast II last weekend, some fans may have been holding out hope the Open the Dream Gate champ could appear as the Lucha Bros partner on June 29.

Those hopes look to be dashed, and Pentagon & Fenix need a partner for their match against the original Elite trio of Kenny Omega & The Bucks:

Interesting to see who they chose for that spot, as I’m not sure who fits based on where things stood after Double or Nothing. Maybe the newly signed Luchasaurus, who stood out in a big way (pun semi-intended) during the Casino Battle Royale?

Let us know who you think joins Lucha Bros at Fyter Fest in the comments below.
