ESW Hosts Major End Of Year Event


Star Studded Wrestling in Buffalo


Major U.S. independent wrestling stars to appear alongside Western New York's best talent


Never short on eyebrow-rising matchups, Empire State Wrestling's final event of the year will be loaded with top-level national and regional wrestling talent. Along with featuring a first ever match between two of the hottest wrestlers currently on the U.S. independent wrestling scene, WrestleBash XII will also see many prominent names that previously competed in major promotions at Buffalo RiverWorks on Friday, November 25.


The following is also scheduled for WrestleBash XII:

The 2022 Ilio DiPaolo Memorial Cup Match will feature long-time Ring of Honor star Delirious, former World Wrestling Entertainment NXT star Madman Fulton, Game Changer Wrestling star Cole Radrick, ESW mainstays "Blue Thunder" Jay Freddie and "The Inspiration" Gregory Iron plus the winner of the Last Chance Battle Royal.

The Last Chance Battle Royal will include "Invincible" Vince Valor, Robby Vegas, American Strong Style, James Sayga, Vinnie Moon, Jeremiah Richter, "Tasty" Keenan Moore, Max Cannon and more

In a first-time ever matchup, ESW Interstate Champion "The Prize" Alec Price will defend the title against "Silver Teeth Satan" Atticus Cogar

Two-time ROH Tag Team Champion Dan Maff will debut against the returning "Big Time" Bill Collier

GCW star Jordan Oliver will make his ESW debut against the Ohio-based Tre' LaMar

ESW Tag Team Champions High Seas will defend the belts against Beyond Wrestling stars Waves & Curls

"The Violent Vixen" Adena Steele will make her ESW debut against "The Queen of the Silver Screen" Katie Arquette

A four-way tag team match will be held between To Infinity & Beyond, CXR, Edge of Hope and the debuting Midwestern-based team Bang Bros

ESW Heavyweight Champion "The Remix" Kevin Bennett will hold a Championship Celebration in honor of recapturing the title


Front row tickets are sold out. Second row tickets are $25 and general admission tickets are $20. Tickets are available at ESWTIX.com. Doors open at 6 p.m. The opening bell is set for 7 p.m.


ESW will host a wrestling training seminar the following day (Saturday, November 26) conducted by Delirious at the Buffalo Wrestling Academy in Quantum Conditioning & Wellness within the Eastern Hills Mall in Williamsville, N.Y. The seminar is open to current wrestlers and trainees who want to learn from one of the top trainers in the wrestling business and gain exposure in front of ESW's staff for future booking consideration. Pro wrestling legends Kevin Nash, Brutus Beefcake, Sgt. Slaughter, X-Pac, The Honky Tonk Man, Jim Duggan, Koko B. Ware, Bushwacker Luke, Demolition, D-Von Dudley, Raven, The Sandman, Bob Holly, The Hurricane and Al Snow appeared at previous ESW events.


Founded in 2002, ESW is run by Brett Stymus. Over half of ESW’s performers reside in the Western New York area. ESW runs regular shows throughout the year that draw several hundred fans with some events being attended by up to 1,000 people.
