IMPACT On AXS Tv Live Results (10/13/2020)


We start IMPACT off with some brief recaps of last week, but then we cut to Moose pleading with Scott D’Amore about finding some retribution against EC3. D’Amore pretty much says his whole situation is ridiculous and as an irate Moose leaves he sees EC3 on the wall who tells him once he crosses that bridge, he’ll find what he’s been seeking. This gives Moose a notion of what to do.

Three-Way Knockouts Tag Match Rosemary & Taya Vakyrie vs. Tasha Steelz & Kiera Hogan vs. Nevaeh & Havok


Nevaeh & Rosemary begin matters. Rosemary trade barbs with Hogan and Steelz before she gets rolled up by Nevaeh. Two more pinning opportunities but Rosemary levels her down. Tag in the corner to Taya. The two charge into Nevaeh and hit a Northern Lights Suplex. Two count. Facebuster by Nevaeh also gets a two. Tag to Havok. They slam Taya in their corner. Backbreaker back slam by Havok. Hard shot to Taya and Havok tries to Irish whip her. Taya holds back and delivers a flurry of shots. Taya goes to strike Kiera and Tasha and they dive off the apron. Tasha does get the tag from Havok. Running uppercut to Taya. Kiera gets the tag and kicks Taya in their corner. A hard kick frees Taya up and she back suplexes Hogan. Taya tags in Rosemary. Rosemary catches a charging Kiera and slams her in the corner before hitting an exploder suplex. Nevaeh gets the tag from Rosemary.


Float over suplex for a two count on Kiera. Hard kick to the back by Steelz on Nevaeh. She and Hogan crash her in the corner and it gives Steelz a neckbreaker. Kick out by Nevaeh and Steelz is irate. Steelz gets caught with a reverse suplex facebuster and Nevaeh tags her partner in. Havok fights off both Steelz and Hogan. Gutwrench throw by Havok. Blind tag from Rosemary on Havoc. She charges at Steelz, Tasha avoids but gets caught with a fallaway slam. Two count. Taya gets back in the ring. Kiera dives onto Havok on the outside. Nevaeh looks for a German on Taya but she dropkicks her out of the ring. Taya dives onto the outside on the ring. Steelz taunts the fallen folks on the outside and Rosemary catches her with a spear. She hits her sit-out finisher and gets the pinfall win.


WINNERS: Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie


Post-match Havok and Nevaeh stare the victors down.

John E. Bravo is frustrated with the wedding only being two weeks away and slams his “dog” down in frustration, before making amends with it. Cousin Jake wants to rehearse a dance number as the rest of the party isn’t up for it.


Rosemary appears backstage to Havok. She says her wedding is of the utmost importance. They need James Mitchell to tie the knot. She wants help in resurrecting the Sinister Minister. Next week, Havok challenges Rosemary to a match. If Rosemary wins, she’ll get him Mitchell. If she doesn’t, then Rosemary leaves her the hell alone.

Fallah Bahh vs. Crazzy Steve


Bahh comes out with Hernandez’s wad of cash as Steve comes out with his monkey. Bell rings and Steve has the ref check Fallah for any foreign objects. He talks to his monkey and begins to dance like Johnny Swinger. Fallah doesn’t want to take his shirt off and he hits Steve with a flurry of palm strikes. Steve’s trying to go after the wad of cash underneath his shirt and Bahh hits a crossbody. He charges at Steve who avoids and locks him in a modified hold over the ropes. Steve has Bahh in a sleeper, but Fallah frees himself by bashing Steve in the corner. Steve leaps off but Bahh catches him in a Samoan drop position, but Steve shakes free and rips off Bahh’s shirt. The cash is hanging around his neck and Steve rolls him up for the W. Hernandez was sure to be wrestling.


WINNER: Crazzy Steve


Rhino reveals to Heath backstage that he got his buddy in the “Call Your Shot” gauntlet. If either of them win, Heath gets his contract. If not, Heath is out of IMPACT. They have a tag match tonight. Heath runs to get his gear in the car and in comes D’Amore to ask Rhino if he told Heath the other part of the deal. Rhino said he didn’t and D’Amore reminds the “Man Beast” that his IMPACT contract is on the line as well. Rhino knows this and he’s okay with it.


MATCH 3


10-Man Tag Match (Winning team gets a five-way bout next week in hopes of earning the 20th spot of the “Call Your Shot” gauntlet at BFG)


Tommy Dreamer, Brian Myers, Cody Deaner, Johnny Swinger & Tenille Dashwood vs. Hernandez, Cousin Jake, Alisha Edwards, Rhino & Heath


Swinger and Heath start it all off. They circle one another, but Swinger tags in Tenille. Heath tags in Alisha. Tenille headlocks Alisha down. Alisha fights to her feet and catches Tenille’s leg. Alisha misses with a senton. Running clothesline by Tenille only gets one count. Tenille tags in Cody Deaner. Jake doesn’t want to lock up with Alisha and tags in Hernandez. Hernandez teases and tags in Rhino. Cody starts an “EC-Dub” chant. Side headlock by Deaner but Rhino powers him down before tagging in Cousin Jake. Jake high fives Deaner and Deaner tags in Dreamer.


Dreamer shakes hands with Jake but Dreamer pulls him in for a headlock. Jake shoulder blocks him down. Jake feels bad but goes for an elbow. He misses. Dreamer takes a shot from Hernandez. Hernandez does get in and powers down Dreamer with a clothesline. Bearhug to Dreamer as Tommy screams in pain. He bites Hernandez and it motivates Hernandez to take everyone out. He goes for a splash on top of Dreamer but misses. Myers won’t tag Dreamer in and Dreamer forces him in the ring. Heath gets the tag and it’s the two former WWE stars going at it. Heath gets a near fall on Brian. Brian catches him with a Downward Spiral, Swinger blind tags himself in and Heath hits the Wake-Up Call for the win.


WINNERS: Heath, Rhino, Alisha, Cousin Jake & Hernandez


Backstage, Sami Callihan and Eddie Edwards scuffle but Ken Shamrock attacks Eddie from behind. Sami records Eddie’s pain all on his phone.


Backstage Eric Young is with Jimmy Jacobs and he asks Jimmy what he thinks is going to happen with Rich Swann. Jacobs says Rich is resilient. Eric says he’s going to go to the ring and get some answers as to where Swann’s head is at.


Kimber Lee (with Deonna Purrazzo) vs. Kylie Rae


Bell rings and Lee puts up her dukes. So does Kylie. The two lock up and Lee backs Rae in the corner. Kylie goes for a kick but Lee catches her leg. Kylie hits her with a spinning headscissors. Rae charges at Lee in the corner and it goes to the outside. Lee gets back in the ring as Deonna stares down Rae. Rae gets back in and hits a running hurricanrana on Lee. Spinning kick and a boot gets a pinfall attempt. Rae misses a shot in the corner and Lee takes the action to the apron as the two trade shots. Lee goes for a German off the apron but Kylie clutches to the ropes. Kylie elbows her off. Kylie goes for another running hurricanrana and Kimber Lee catches her and bashes Kylie off the apron. Rae answers the ten count by Lee makes her pay with a flurry of ground punches. Lee stomps a mudhole in Kylie. She soon grinds her face off the ring ropes. Shots in the corner by Lee and Rae fights off. Kimber continues to kick Kylie and gives her some elbows, Kylie catches Lee with an extremely impressive arm drag. Soon Lee hits a stalling suplex on Rae. Two count.


Lee then wrenches on the left leg of Rae. Rae reverses it into an armbreaker and Lee rolls her up for a pin attempt. Kick out. The two find each other at odds. Lee corners Rae but Kylie boots free. Lee tries again but Rae avoids two attempts and begins taking it to Lee with a flurry of assaults. She hits the Kylie Special for a very close fall. It causes Deonna to step on the apron. Rolling senton in the corner by Rae for a two count. Deonna watches on. Lee is favoring her knee and Lee catches Rae with a sit-out powerbomb. Rae hits a hurricanrana pin attempt for a near fall. She lariats Lee down. Deonna gets on the apron to distract Kylie. She gets rolled up by Lee but Rae rolls herself free and locks in her Smile To The Finish crossface for the tap out.


WINNER: Kylie Rae


An aggressive Rae doesn’t release and in comes Deonna. Rae also gets the better of her and superkicks her down too. Deonna bails.


Doc Gallows (with Karl Anderson) vs. Madman Fulton (with Ace Austin)


The Good Brothers get on the mic beforehand. They told the world why they came to IMPACT. Besides the fact they got paid, they really like it here. They also realized they’re the best overall, but to really be the best, they gotta have the championships. Gallows says there’s a target on Motor City Machine Guns’ back. At BFG, they’re walking out IMPACT World Tag Team Champs.


Out comes Madman and Big LG hits a boot to Madman. He fires away at Fulton but Madman catches him with snake eyes. Fulton clotheslines LG over the top. Gallows pulls Fulton out and the fight takes place on the outside. Fulton hits him in the barricade and the two trade shots. Gallows goes for Madman’s eyes and the two brawl on the entryway. The two get counted out. They continue to brawl on the stage as IMPACT cuts to break.


Back from it, the brawl has now turned the fight between Gallows and Madman into a no DQ match. They’re fighting on the outside and there’s plenty of weapons strewn throughout the area. Fulton has a pipe, but Gallows hits him with a chair and then a Talk’N Shop beer. LG grabs the chair and gives Gallows a shot to the back. LG climbs the turnbuckle with a chair but Madman catches him with a boot to the face. Hard stomp by Madman keeps LG grounded.


Fulton chokes LG with a crutch. He makes LG eat the turnbuckle three times. Fulton wedges a chair in that corner and places LG’s head in front of it. He grabs a chair for a corner conchairto but LG boots the chair in Madman’s mush. Two chairs are seated in the middle of the ring and Doc chokeslams Fulton on top of them. Three count.


WINNER: Doc Gallows


Out,comes Eric Young and he wants answers regarding Swann’s status after attacking him last week. He wants to hear someone tell him Rich Swann quit. He’s not leaving the ring until he does. EY paces and backstage is Scott D’Amore who gets a phone call. He talks to someone on the other line. Sounds like Swann’s doctor and D’Amore says it looks like he’s gotta go be somewhere (seems the ring). We go to break.


Back from it, EY is still pacing like a caged animal in the ring. Out comes D’Amore. Eric wants the good news from the boss man. He wants to hear Rich Swann is a crippled no-good quitter and he wants the night off at Bound For Glory.


D’Amore says EY must be really proud of himself. He spoke to Rich Swann’s orthopedic surgeon and D’Amore reveals that EY did additional and substantial damage to Swann’s knee. EY is amped about this news. He’s very confident that Swann isn’t fit to compete.


D’Amore doesn’t understand the psychotic change in Eric Young. He then tells EY that Swann is still ahead of schedule and at Bound For Glory, he’ll be defending that title against Rich. He hopes he knocks that smug look off his face. EY viciously attacks D’Amore. He’s got D’Amore in a rolling leg lock and out comes Swann to hit EY with a cutter. EY bails and it’s Swann standing tall as he holds the IMPACT World Title.


Moose ends up finding EC3 and the two exchange words. EC3 is standing with the belt as he insults Moose’s personality and credibility. EC3 lays the TNA Title on the bridge and he tells Moose to cross the line and fight him. Moose obliges and the two begin brawling on the bridge. They fight over the belt and it is EC3 who gets the upper hand. He says he wanted the fight of his life for this, but that’s what he got. EC3 says it would be funny if it wasn’t so sad. He begins to walk off but Moose attacks him hard. He beats EC3 bloody, grabs the belt, and walks off as EC3 laughs to himself.
