Impact's Kylie Rae "No Longer A Professional Wrestler"

Impact Wrestling's Kylie Rae has seemingly retired from professional wrestling.

The 28-year-old recently updated her Patreon page's "About" section with the following, as reported by PWInsider:-

Good morning,I'm truly sorry for the pain I've caused and miscommunication, I am currently unwell.I'm also sorry that I wasn't able to get this out before your monthly subscription charge.I wanted to take this time to say I am no longer a professional wrestler and am currently taking a break from social media. It's been a very hard decision to make but please understand. When I am well, I will try to fulfill any obligations that have missed.During this time, most tiers will not be able to be fulfilled, please feel free to unsubscribe from this membership/PatreonAccount.Thank you for your understanding. <3

Last week saw Rae miss Impact's Bound For Glory 2020 pay-per-view, where she was supposed to challenge for Deonna Purrazzo's Knockouts Championship. Kylie wasn't there for the match, with Su Yung taking her place, and while the reason was originally reported as a "non-serious" injury, it was later clarified that this wasn't the case.

Rae travelled to the Nashville, TN with several wrestlers on the Friday, but missed her call time on Saturday. People close to her confirmed she was "alive and well", and it was reported that she'd be welcomed back to Impact whenever she was able to do so, though it looks like she is now stepping away from the business entirely.

Impact is yet to release a statement on the situation.

Kylie was signed by the promotion this past March, having previously appeared at Bound For Glory 2019 five months prior. This came following a brief stint with All Elite Wrestling that ended when Tony Khan confirmed a "very amicable" split after All Out 2019.
