Tony Khan just announced via his official Twitter account that former IMPACT Wrestling & Global Force Wrestling founder Jeff Jarrett has signed with AEW. Jeff Jarrett is now their new Director of Business Development. Jeff Jarrett is no stranger has he is a 3rd generation wrestling promoter. Jeff Jarrett founded TNA Wrestling now known as IMPACT Wrestling in 2002. Jarrett was successful at making IMPACT Wrestling as the number 2 wrestling company in the United States until the formation of AEW on January 1, 2019. AEW is now the number 2 wrestling company in the United States just behind the WWE.
