During tonight’s IMPACT Wrestling episode, it was confirmed that LAX will defend the IMPACT Tag Team Championship against The Lucha Brothers at IMPACT’s ‘Homecoming’ event at Jan. 6.
LAX sent a challenge to Pentagon, Jr. and Fenix after the latter’s victory against Rich Swann and Willie Mack. Konnan, however, was not happy with Ortiz and Santana’s impulsiveness in wanting to face The Lucha Brothers. Konnan shares a history with both teams, although not acknowledged that he also manages The Lucha Bros in MLW.
