Speaking of Knockouts, the TNA Knockouts Championship match is up next as part of what they are referring to as one of three matches featured as the triple-main event of TNA Rebellion. The pre-match video package airs to tell the story leading up to Masha Slamovich vs. Tessa Blanchard.

The package wraps up and upon returning inside the Galen Center, the theme for Tessa Blanchard hits and the challenger makes her way to the ring. The reigning and defending TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich is out next.

As soon as Slamovich hits the ring, she hits a senton off the apron onto Blanchard to get things started with a bang. She follows up on Blanchard on the floor, but soon after, Blanchard shifts the momentum into her favor.

Blanchard begins dominating the champion, focusing her offensive attack on the leg of Slamovich. Blanchard yanks the knee pad of Slamovich down and continues to isolate the limb of the defending champion. Slamovich fights back and hits Code Red to slow down Blanchard’s momentum.

Slamovich connects with a back-fist and follows up with a German suplex for a two-count. She pounds on her own knee to try and get the feeling back in it. The crowd rallies behind her as she sets up for Requiem. Blanchard avoids it and counters. She hits a dragon screw on Slamovich’s bum wheel.

After some more brief back-and-forth action, Blanchard hits a huge high spot off the top-rope, but Slamovich rolls through and pops up to her feet for a big knee. She then follows up with a modified armbar for the submission win to retain the TNA Knockouts Championship.
