During a recent interview with the Pro Wrestling Junkies podcast, Matt Cardona spoke about his brief history with All Elite Wrestling, revealing that his contract had actually expired. However, Cardona still hopes to work with the company in the future.
When asked about his appearance at AEW’s All Out, Cardona mentioned that he hopes to be around the company more, saying that the agreement that he and AEW had just lasted through All Out. However, Cardona said that he hopes that his time with the company lasts longer than just getting “three t-shirts,” and that he wants to win some championships with the company. Cardona ended the discussion by saying that he hopes fans will see him back at AEW very soon.
