William Regal Makes All Elite Wrestling Debut At Revolution

William Regal is All Elite.

William Regal showed up at AEW Revolution at the conclusion of the Jon Moxley versus Bryan Danielson match on the pay-per-view. Moxley surprised Danielson and pinned him after rolling through a submission hold, and Danielson responded by attacking him. The two continued to fight until Regal walked down the ramp and got in their faces, even headbutting Moxley before they finally stopped. Regal then spoke to both Moxley and Danielson and made them shake hands before leaving.

Later on in the evening, Tony Khan confirmed Regal had signed, posting the customary “All Elite” graphic to make things official.

Prior to his arrival in AEW, William Regal had spent the past 21-plus years with WWE as an in-ring performer and on-air character. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of NXT, a role that started in 2014. He was NXT’s on-air authority figure until he was released from his WWE contract in January 2022
