AEW World Tag Team Championship: Swerve in our Glory (Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee) (c) vs. The Acclaimed (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) (with “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn)
Fabulous accompanies Swerve in our Glory to the ring. DJ Whoo Kid accompanies The Acclaimed. Bowens tells “Daddy Ass” to scissor him. Bowens and Keith Lee start the match as the fans chant “Oh, scissor me, daddy.” Lee overpowers Bowens early on. He drops Bowens with a hurricanrana. Caster tags in and doesn’t fare much better at first. He takes Lee down with an arm drag. Strickland dropkicks Bowens and Caster when they try to scissor each other. Strickland takes control. The champions double-team Caster and ground him. They keep him isolated, but he rallies and suplexes lee. Bowens makes the hot tag and clears house. He takes the fight to Strickland and Lee. Strickland nails him with a kick as the champions take control again. Bowens dodges the Swerve stomp and gets a two count on a pin attempt. Lee blasts him with a headbutt and throws Bowens over the top rope. Lee climbs up on the second rope, but Caster dodges a moonsault attempt.
Strickland accidentally hits Lee with a boombox. The Acclaimed capitalize, as they scissor each other before they go for the Mic Drop. Caster lands badly on his knee, and he rolls out of the ring. Strickland tags in, but Caster is back up on his feet. They square off, and Swerve takes control. Caster drops him with a back suplex. Lee lifts Caster on his shoulders and tosses him to Strickland, who hits a powerbomb for a two count. Bowens drags Caster to the outline, and Strickland dives onto him. Billy Gunn gets in Strickland’s face and stares him down. Bowens takes advantage and punches Strickland. The referee is distracted, and Gunn hits the Fameasser on the floor. The Acclamed hit the Mic Drop for the win.
